Meet Florian and Jonathan, the duo behind Calaido. Inspired by the kaleidoscope’s endless layers, they craft music that’s a little trippy, a bit genre-bending, and entirely unique. After successfully releasing a collaborative EP under their own names, they decided this project deserved an identity of its own. Florian, with 15 years on the European live circuit, brings roots in hip-hop, breakbeats, and a vinyl collection that’s a genre in itself – from ambient to jazz-influenced house.

Jonathan, a Black Forest native turned Berlin producer, seamlessly moves across house, jazz, and funk. Founder of Goji Records and Ayasur, and with a background in film sound design, he blends soundscapes with ease. Together, they’re Calaido: a Berlin-based project born from jam sessions, making music that’s colorful, layered, and unapologetically eclectic.
